“I was recovering from Stage 3 cancer, surgeries, and chemotherapy. I knew Jay and I knew about the energy healing, and trusted him to help me reach my goals. While I wasn’t deeply familiar with Pranic Healing, I had received alternative treatments for other conditions before that were all very helpful. 

What made me decide to work with Jay was that I trusted him as a person. In addition to that, I liked his data-driven and structured approach.

I had a very good experience with the Pranic Healing sessions and I have definitely met my goals and expectations. A lot of my targets were met and challenges addressed through a few sessions. I could really feel a difference!

What I found most valuable was that Jay always explained what he was doing on the depth level right for you. I also liked that he used the same structure for each session so that I knew what to expect. Additionally, he spent a lot of focus on keeping me honest on my improvement towards the target, collecting data on it and asking me questions. 

The most surprising thing with Pranic Healing was that I was often able to physically feel an immediate change.
