"I have done Pranic Healing sessions with Jay for my allergies, eczema, fatigue, stress & reproductive issues.

I was very open to this type of work, because Jay was very open about what Pranic Healing could do for me and made me feel very comfortable during the sessions, educating and informing me of what was taking place.

My sessions have been great. They work well with my schedule and leave me feeling relaxed and at ease in my body. There were times when I could feel tingling and heat when he was working on me.

So far, the results have definitely exceeded my expectations. I went in with an open mind but wasn’t very hopeful given the chronic nature of my symptoms. I was pleasantly surprised how much better I felt and so quickly after the sessions.

What I’ve liked the most about my work with Jay and the Pranic Healing sessions is the schedule flexibility/reminders, how kind and informative he was, and the follow-up. What has surprised me the most is how I could physically feel the focused areas of healing during the sessions.

I plan on continuing working with Jay and highly recommend him: he is kind, informative and patient with those who are new to Pranic Healing. He took his time and was very thorough. I never felt judged or embarrassed for the questions I asked and left each session feeling great."
